Integrated Digital Planning - (For Koribisubizo, following Agile Manifesto...)

To track people and performance (High Tech jobs/projects...) - you need to review/back-trace Action plans/tasks to Vision as in Legacy above, then break them... further (Decompose/analyze...) into ever smaller/tinier digital tasks... ultimately to tiniest (0/1), then back-trace/preview Maintenance to Planning... the seven software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Application Develoment.

Digital (Data...) planning begins and ends in metadata creation, digitilization, digitization, coding... for computers to take the tasks over (jobs, processing...) into deployments, use and maintenance (use)...

After use and maintenance comes: Reports, Outcomes, Events... (data) and/or documents that should list what we saw/are seeing did/are doing, .said/are saying..., have followed/are following and tracked/are tracking... in values, numbers..., gains, losses... rights... wrongs... In relations, interactions, data, periodically after some work and/or computer output data/results !
