Koribisubizo's most important activity/engagement in service to the people of Rwanda is to fast-track modernization, from roots, grassroots, individuals, families, households, homesteads, teams... to our largest organizations including the managers and leaders of the 14 (and more...) institutional roles and responsibilities and the 23 (and more..) cabinet/ministerial leadership roles on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Action Plans are documents that list what steps must be taken to achieve specific goals. Action plans break the goal(s) down into actionable steps (legacy tasks...) that can be easily followed and tracked. From Vision up, up... to Action Plans.
