In this, Digitization and digitilization are the proven keys, therefore, the job tasks, the operations.... start and end in digitalization for all digital processes.  Knowledge of people - all people, their leaders, their managers, their working teams, their culture (freedom, unity, tools, work, education, aspirations... ), their children, their wealth.... Words like unity, consistency, clarity, organization, soundness mean the same in the english language - every organized people/language like ours will have equivalent words. 

Information technology tools (Systems, Computers, Apps...) take us from People informational, knowledge and wisdom records to same records in Data in appropriate data formats.  Language and culture complications and differences may require that digitization and digitalization return, frequently to analog (natural/organic manual processing...) to cultivate continuous improvement in clarity/coherence.
