Must leverage in-house expertise but looks to the future of the industry and defines what's next.  Best insights for digital transformation dexterity - requiring lots of data (big data) and teams with strong analytical capabilities.

Five Appropriate Avenues For Engagement

To gather or capture comprehensive insight inputs, we can utilize five distinct strategic avenues. Each is suited for capturing different types of insights. These platforms serve as the primary conduit for broad, accessible, and real-time input. For each village, a village intranet site under control of village head and her/his village council, well targeted monthly extranets availlable for and to a few chosen leaders in top accountable, security and governance roles.
